Rules of Netiquette

Nowadays the internet plays one of the most important roles in our life, it's essential. New generation grows up in the internet, so that's why it's so nessessary to give them a good example by being good manered and by being polite.
And that is the reason why so called "Rules of Netiquette" exist. It's like a codex for people to use online.
I would like to present my list of important rules of netiquette, that I consider the most important

1. Don't be "Toxic".
A lot of people feel themselves untouchable on the internet, and because of that they act agressive, abusive, "toxic" as some people say. That's one of the most problematic things on the internet, which often affects kids.

2. Don't give any of your private information to someone you don't know. Like, how much do you earn, what car do you have, where do you live and etc. Any information can be used against you. You can be chosen as a target to get robbed, killed and etc.

3. Don't violate copyright property. No one likes, when their ideas get stolen.

4. Be careful with the ads. It's easy to catch a computer virus this days. Every website is filled with different ads, fake "download" buttont, clickbaits and others things that can cause viruses on your PC.

5.  What you post online, stays forever. Try not to do anything that can put shame on you, as it can follow you for years.

There are a lot more of those netiquette rules, but those ones are the most important for me and I think everyone should follow it. Maybe by doing that next generation may be not that spoiled.

Stress = good?

There is an opinion that “stress” is bad, because stress adversely affects the body. But he can mobilize the body and increase its adaptive capacity.

First of all, stress is a universal physiological response. This reaction helps us mobilize and adapt to new conditions. In fact, if a person won the $ 1 million lottery. And he needs to adapt to the new role.

The concept of "stress" was introduced by the Canadian physiologist Hans Selye, having published in 1936 his work on the general adaptation syndrome. He also identified two forms of stress: 1.positive (eustress) 2.negative (distress).

Eustress helps us, and distress, on the contrary, destroys.

Do I need to deal with stress Stress is a common phenomenon in our life and it is impossible to fully protect yourself from external factors. What to do? Learn to respond to stressful situations, precisely:
    • Learn to perceive your problems adequately and think positively. Any trouble, seemingly significant at first glance, loses its relevance over time. So, get rid of the "catastrophe" of events and look at life with humor.

    • In order for any slightest nuisance to knock you off track, your body must be prepared for stress. Therefore, pay attention to your health, do prophylaxis, perform tempering procedures and keep your body in good shape.
    • Thirdly, learn to relieve nervous tension. This will help you sports, meditation, relaxation, physical activity, sex, dancing. As practice shows, after a month of regular classes, the feeling of anxiety will disappear, and he will be replaced by vigor and good mood.

And finally, do not forget to laugh. English doctors claim that one minute of laughter in terms of efficiency in restoring positive energy replaces 45 minutes of exercise! Especially if it is laughter at yourself and your own, often contrived, problems! Think positive!
